During this retreat, we will study and practice the power of intention from a yogic perspective. Through the practices of creative visualization, journaling, pause and reflection, you will learn the tools to align your expansive potential with your creative vision.
Jessica is a yoga teacher, writer, speaker, and explorer. She received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa at Seva Yoga in Grand Rapids, MI in 2012. She is currently pursuing her 500-hour certification with Senior Prajna Yoga and Insight Yoga Teacher, Theresa Murphy, at Cascade Yoga Studio.
Jessica leads classes, seminars and workshops in the Grand Rapids area and yoga retreats abroad. Yoga and travel are the most profound teachers in life. During a recent excursion to India, she was deeply moved by the warmth and unity of the people and was inspired to recommit to a yoga more about living than posing.
