Please note that by making a booking with The Mandala, Goa, you automatically agree to the below terms and conditions. Before making your booking, please take a moment to read this carefully, to avoid any misunderstanding. Thank you for your patience.

Payment & cancellation

The balance of your accommodation must be paid in full in cash (Indian rupees) on arrival along with full registration. Failure to do so may lead to retraction of reservation.

Any additional bills incurred (laundry/bar/restaurant/yoga etc) will be generated for payment before your departure.

Accommodation is non- refundable. In the event that you do not utilize your reservation, have a change of plans or fail to cancel before the stipulated period there will be no refund granted.

Room occupancy

The Mandala rooms have maximum capacity as advertised. Additional beds may be added for a fee subject to availability at the discretion of the management if within health and safety guidelines.

Please do not bring outside guests into the accommodation areas without prior notification to a member of staff.

Arrival and Departure

Check out time is 10 am.

Before departure please ensure all restaurant/bar/transportation/laundry/yoga/massage bills etc from the duration of your stay are paid in full.

Please inform staff prior to departure if any assistance is required for your onward journey.

Liability & Security

We strongly advise that you have your own travel insurance policy when using any vehicles or equipment as The Mandala will not take responsibility or liability for any accident or injury which may occur. 

Any damage caused to The Mandala property and its contents by the guest must be paid for by the guest.

The Mandala does not accept responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged personal possessions. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to keep these items secure. Please use lockable cabinets provided in some rooms or make sure to lock your rooms.

Environment

Here at The Mandala we are very fortunate to share our space with nature. As we are situated within a nature reserve you may find the occasional curious creature in your accommodation or on the grounds. We advise you not to keep food in your accommodation as this may encourage visitors. Please enjoy and respect the natural surroundings and its inhabitants as much as we do.

We kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm as we are often running retreats and wish to respect our neighbours.

Due to the nature of our location we often experience small power cuts which will result in a temporary loss of lighting, wi-fi connection, hot water etc. Please be patient as these power cuts are quickly rectified.

Goa is a beautiful natural place and we make every effort to help to keep it so. We ask you to be aware of rubbish disposal and use of power and water. We also encourage you to re-fill plastic water bottles at a minimal charge from the filtered water dispenser in the restaurant area.

Tipping

Tipping is highly encouraged as the staff works very hard. Kindly tip the cleaning ladies separately in the tip box at the reception, and the male restaurant staff in the tip box placed at the bar. Please do not tip staff members directly or individually as it creates disharmony amongst them.
