At the Mandala, Yoga teaching is an Art. At the Mandala our teachers use gongs, singing bowls, mantras, and music to transcend you into a deep state of rest during each shavasana session, relaxing you with pampering oils, so that your whole being is able to absorb the full benefit of each practice.

Ever since she can remember Eva has been deeply fascinated by life, the body and health. This interest brought her early in her life to explore alternative medicine, Bodywork, Yoga, Naturopathy and body and mind awareness.

Her love and passion for practising, sharing and teaching Yin, Yin/Yang, Restorative, Hatha and Vinyassa Yoga, Yoga Nidra and meditation come from her own experience with these practices as profound daily tools for a sense of peace, joy and well-being in life.

The love for living and exploring life from a place of truth and awareness, with meeting this very moment as all we have and sharing this with others is what keeps deeply moving her.

Anjalika teaches a unique style combining asana, spirituality, vedic philosophy, muscle awareness, drishti, bandha and breath observation, that slowly peels off your layers and takes you to the core of your being to an untouchable and grateful place of peace and light. Through a male disciplined YANG Ashtanga combined with a free-flowing female YIN Vinyasa, Anjalika addresses the pauses in your practice, to make you dig deep into how you feel  at each step, breaking each asana down into the very basics.

The peeling of these layers brings illumination, and breaks open your heart culminating towards the end of the practice in a deep and restful Shavasana and an ultimate feeling of peace, gratitude and harmony.

She feels it is important to integrate various modalities, as people require particular approaches for inner clarification to be effective. However, it is even more important for Kamadevi to be connected to the natural flow of intuition, a perceptibility that becomes more acute when the personalised transmission occurs.

It is this strength, the ability to see and feel into what people require and how to go about it, that brings a caring and yet accurate dimension to the way Kamadevi shares her innate love for Yoga.

"Dharma yoga is a heart opening and mind expanding yoga practice, based on the teachings of the legendary teacher Sri Dharma Mittra. This practice is a mix of different Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles, which design to stimulate all the energy centers of the body, unleashing the dormant forces within you.” 

  For Shir, practicing yoga is like going into nature and   breathing   clean air after staying in the city for too long:   Music has been Shir’s main passion and occupation since childhood, playing the recorder and violin. Today he shares his love of music and his sense of divine consciousness, by leading kirtan sessions (chanting mantras). Shir is also inspired by the healing power of magical sounds and uses them in his regular yoga classes.

“Yoga teaches that there is a lot of peace and joy inside each one of us that doesn’t depend on anything external. Yoga is a spiritual path for my life.

 Shir's first teacher-training course was a Sivananda Yoga teacher training. In this one-month life transforming experience, Shir discover his life purpose as sharing this beautiful gift of yoga with others.

In his quest of searching more subtle experience of yoga and understanding how to strive towards yoga, Shir looked for a living master. At that time he found his Guru, Sri Dharma Mittra. By meeting him Shir felt that many question marks about how to live yoga fully were answered. That meeting helped Shir to have a rapid progress in his own Sadhana (practice of yoga towards self realization). Shir completed the advance teacher training with Dharma Mittra, with eternal feeling of gratefulness. 

Over the last few years he travels all over the world to teach and inspire. All this would not be possible without invoking the feeling of his own deep inner base, through the practice of yoga.

ALEKSANDRA MOREN : TAUGHT IN 2016-17 FOR THE whole season

Aleksandra has unique dynamic style of teaching her yoga classes by tuning into the needs of her students first. Over the years of teaching in London and Goa she has developed understanding that no body is the same, so all her classes are crafted to accommodate all different levels of practice at the same time. She takes inspiration from different forms of yoga styles such as hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, forrest and kundalini, as well as heart opening traditional tantric practices and Osho meditations. 

Her classes are simply an invitation to explore what yoga means for yourself, to play with your own boundaries and abilities, and to create a way back to your heart, a place of your true essence.

Yoga is my teacher, and I learn from it everyday; After much self-practice and care, I realized I wanted to make this ancient regimen available to everyone, so naturally, I became a teacher. I trained in Hatha Yoga and Meditation in the birthplace of yoga itself: Rishikesh, India, and fell in love all over again. Since then, I've been practicing, teaching, and learning on the yogic path; it's been a transformational ride, and it has only just begun.
